Gurdy Run Farm

Directory

Our love affair with feathered draft horses started over 20 years ago with a Shire stallion named Ox Kill Timber Bob. Over 10 years ago we found and imported our first Traditional Gypsy Cob, Wren of Castle Pook, a beautiful smaller version of the Shires. Come meet our horses.

Our naturally colored flock consists of fine fleeced Corriedale crosses in shades of black, white and Moorit (brown) and lustrous Lincoln crosses in grays, blacks and whites.

We breed and raise Angora rabbits.  We often have stock for sale.

We offer cutom carding of fibers into unique roving blends here at our mill. Keep posted as we will be offering additional services in the near future.

Our mill store offers the complete line of Kromski spinning wheels, looms and supplies, Russian lace shawls, hand tools for the fiber artist, hand spinning rovings, and unique yarns from our flock.

Check here to see classes available at the mill and fiber festivals that we will be attending.
